Up until Christmas I was happy with my savings.

Up until Christmas I was happy with my savings. But I increased my savings amount and then it started to pay off my loan instead of savings. I increased my savings for my holidays. I didn't realise they had done this for wks so I lost a chunk of savings. Contacted them said it was sorted. It wasnt again a few wks past and contacted them again. For a few wks it was sorted so didn't check it until tonight I.ve found last 4 wks they done the same again paying it off my loan so double payments and no savings and now I.ve lost half of my savings for my holidays. Because you can't get back what they have done by paying double loan and putting it back into savings. I aint happy at all. This money was to pay my holiday off now I.ve very short and not even my mistake but 3 times they have done it so will be taking my savings else where. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

No Hassle Savings account

Easy to setup an account with a great product. Only wish they had a mobile app to keep track of it but otherwise could not fault. An easy setup process and never needed to phone support. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023
