Love the Tandem App and card

App is great. Easy to use. Love the fact I can link my current account and Tandem works out my finances for me. Shows me how much I have left after bills and when my direct debits are due. The credit card is also good. Zero fees on purchases abroad and 0.5 percent cash back on all purchases home or abroad.The card looks cool too and you can choose from 4 colours. Tandem also do fixes saver and an instant access saver. Customer services is also very quick to respond through the app. Can freeze my card if I were to loose or misplace it. Purchases are displayed instantly on my phone and in the app. Great work Tandem. Reviewed on: 10th May 2019

Appaling customer service

After three months after applying for a credit card, and with me trying to regularly chase the team, who only send generic responses, I got a response "Unfortunately due to a system error we have been unable to push through your application." Can't apply for another credit card as it will be too many credit checks in a short space of time. Reviewed on: 17th May 2019

A new but especially useful tool

Cash back is not new in th Market Place, but since Tandem came into my lie, a little mot=re than year ago it has been new. Usually one must wait until the anniversary of a credit card before getting one's cash back (albi=eit a significant amount)! With Tande one gets a lower repayment each month according to one's spend. So your reward is instant and valuable, rather than as enforced saving!! Reviewed on: 12th May 2019
