What makes Starling so special is not only their wide variety of features to help make banking that much easier but their support team is just amazing, always had my queries and concerns dealt with in a professional and speedy manner. Refreshingly different

I had been with one of the big four banks for more years than I care to remember, but following one really bad experience I decided that enough was enough and needed to change. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Efficient, approachable and just simply easy to deal with; processes that have been thought through from the customers perspective, rather than the programmers' and good communications all make banking with Starling a delight. Convenient and reliable bank

I opened an account with starling bank around 2 years ago and since then, I have only had positive experience. The customer service support and the ease of using their app makes life so much better.
