A bank worth doing business with

I moved my business account over from Cooperative. I've already got a personal account and a joint account with my wife from Starling - there was nowhere else I was going to take my business. You get the same features as a personal account plus some, the integrations with accounting software make everything immediate and hands-free and all of your information is available through a mobile app that can use biometric ID instead of remembering *another* super-secure password for your business. It's a load off - one less thing for a small business owner to worry about. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Love it!

I don't have a point of comparison as I've used Starling from the start but I totally love it. Everything is so easy and customer service is amazing, not that I've needed to use them much. I use the business account for my podcast and it's worked like a dream. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Brilliant customer service

Contactable 24/7 easy to contact by phone. Have both personal and business banking with them and the app is so easy to use and interact with. No charges either for failed direct debits. Would recommend them to anyone. Even though online bank you can pay money in at the post office. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

Doesn't do as it promises

So easy to do business with!

Starling are the best bank I've ever worked with. They are intuitive, helpful and robust. I've never had a single issue with them and whenever I've had a question, I've been able to speak to a real person who has fixed it or helped me straight away. I recommend them to everyone!
