A bank worth doing business with

I moved my business account over from Cooperative. I've already got a personal account and a joint account with my wife from Starling - there was nowhere else I was going to take my business. You get the same features as a personal account plus some, the integrations with accounting software make everything immediate and hands-free and all of your information is available through a mobile app that can use biometric ID instead of remembering *another* super-secure password for your business. It's a load off - one less thing for a small business owner to worry about. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Offering the latest and cleanest user experience

I have been with many banks in my time but I have always found that no bank has ever come close to the service offerings, user experience and quality that Starling Bank provides. For a relatively new bank, they should be very proud of what they have achieved and I hope that they can continue their momentum. The latest feature called bill's manager is innovative and well thought out and has helped me budget effectively throughout the month. I've given them a five-star review because It is well deserved. I feel in control of my account

I can pay cheques in by scanning the cheque on the phone. No need to use an ATM. Some payments ask for my approval first as a safeguard which is reassuring. I can see payments on my phone very soon after they have been made. Everything is instantaneous. Reviewed on: 20th March 2022

Getting away from banking tyranny

Seeing hundreds of pounds lost in relentlessly unfair banking charges, agreements rewritten,deposits counted after charges and debits applied, credit limits and overdrafts reduced for no reason, I had every reason to get out of the clutches of high street banks. Even the switch from the overseas owned "supposedly British" bank was a misery with standing orders not canceled and repeated poisonous letters about the new debt and charges they had run up against me out of nothing.Forget Barclays, HSBC, Santander and Lloyds when you think about "British banks" (they're all fakes). Forget hours of queueing and never getting anywhere on phone hotlines or gibberish texts . End the frustration of tonally deaf ripoff banks. Go Starling! Reviewed on: 20th March 2022
