Everything you need in an excellent package

Excellent app functionality, prompt customer service responses - one of the only banks offering business accounts during the pandemic, when I needed it most! Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

A good product

I’m very happy with the with the pricing of this product because it is free compared to other products. This year I signed up and realized that the customer support was also top notch by by me immediately with any onboarding issues. The only issue I had was that there were quite a few glitches with the onboarding process on mobile app so it took me longer to get register than I imagined. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Quick & Easy

My overall experience with Starling Bank from the initial setup has been outstanding. We had problem with a scammer as well and the Customer Care Team was helpful and quick is response. Wow, like the gift that keeps on giving, I always highly recommend every business I coach, mentor and train to consider switching to Starling. You make banking an enjoyable everyday experience.
