Best kids bank

I have full control over my sons account. It’s brilliant Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

The bank that meets all my needs

5
I switched to Starling when we bought a house in Ireland to renovate. We would need to spend money in euros while still living in the UK so the best exchange rate was important to me. I love the fact that I can have both a Stirling and a euro account on one card. Transactions between currencies are seamless: It’s easy to swap money over and I just make sure I top up my euro account when the exchange rate is favourable. I also opened a Kite account for my 14 year old son which is helping him learn to manage money: Pleased all round. Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

Perfect kite card

The kids kit card is every thing you want and in one place and it learns your child to manage there money and see what there pocket money is doing for them and two pounds a month it’s the cheapest and best product on the market I would say compared with hi Henry at £5 a month and they offer nothing at all different if they offer as good as you get with the kids kit card I’m one very happy granddad with a happier 7 year old grandson who is doing very well at learning to budget and spend wisely thanks to starling and there kids kit card Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

Its a yes from me...

My niece was 14 when I set her up with a Kite account. She knows the value of cash but did not understand how different using a card and having a bank account could be. Covid made it difficult for her to spend her money as society went on a cash ban. Having Kite means she has managed her money better, she saved up to spend at Christmas and enjoyed being able to use her own card in different shops. Having the app allowed her to regularly check her balance so she can see whats available when she is out with friends and has meant she has made better choices with her money. I highly recommend Kite, not only is it brilliant (I love that I can ensure she doesn't use it online) and can set limits. But the fees are minimal and better than other competitors cards which are similar Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

The app is very easy to navigate. When my son lost his wallet, blocking the old and ordering a new one was so simple. It's so easy to help him learn about money using this app. Reviewed on: 4th February 2022
