Great that they get their own space, with a debit card for withdrawing cash and making payments online, but all visible by me, and with good controls. They get their own app, so they can check the balance at any time. The only real drawback is the lack of functionally like direct debits, for example for paying a mobile phone bill. Also I have to manually pro-rate interest payments. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

A bank account so easy to use.

A bank account so easy to use. For both personal and self employment. If, a couple of times a year, I need to deposit money it’s quick and easy at a Post Office. I would recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Dissaponted

Mainly im very impressed but you have let your self's down , back in October I opened a Kite space for both my kids , & was unable to connect kids kite space to there app - I spoke to you a few time & was told at the begging of the year you would have a better easier system in the new year - well its now March & I'm still waiting & my kids are still waiting to be able to view there accounts on there mobile - so sorry but until that is sorted i'm unable to recommend starling to any-one Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Excellent tool for my 2 girls they both have a space...

Excellent tool for my 2 girls they both have a space each and I can move money over at anytime and any where. Card always works and I have instant notifications. I can also turn off the card if needed. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Safe and secure with an easy to use app

Since being with starling bank I have had no problems. I am confident that my account is secure, the app is easy to use and if I've needed any help it's easy to find and speak to someone.
