The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Love Starling, easy to use, great customer service

Great

All very good. I have not needed to contact customer support very often but any time I have, I have always been given good assistance. The app is really good and tells you what you need to know without a lot of unnecessary information. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Fantastic Account

I've been banking with Starling just over 3 years. I love that you can do everything in the app but whenever you do need support they are quick and efficient with their response. The spaces feature, which I love, has been helpful in aiding me to save which I've never managed before. I always round up purchases and use the pennies that add up to treat myself at the end of the year. The security feature of being able to turn off your card was invaluable when I lost my card twice in a matter of weeks. I can't recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Efficiency

I find the Starling Bank service exemplary. I particularly like the instant notification when withdrawing or spending money. In addition the facility to withdraw money abroad without charges is a great. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
