The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Poor service

Good for travel

Great banking app

Being with a couple of 'High Street Banks' since I started earning I was a little sceptical about using Starling, but due to their great reviews from other account holders my wife and I decided to give it a go. We are so happy we made the transition, the App is fantastic and so easy to use. The features on it are very well thought out, I would strongly recommend Starling to anyone. Cutting edge banking

Sterling performance!

I hadn't appreciated how efficient a non-highstreet bank could be until I openend my Starling Current Account. To which I have to add a compliment to its unique style of communication and friendliness. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

New To App Banking

Always shied away from mobile phone banking, for security reasons mainly. But very happy with the Starling app. Can set my contact card withdrawal limit, lock the account whenever I want and have plenty of security protection all round. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Excellent experience throughout

First of all coming from a traditional bank with branches shows me how much of the companies time and resources must be devoted to these instead of on the way we actually do business with banks i.e through there app. The Starling app is really nice and simple with some decent features. Therw are always things to improve one of these areas is in the way we can analyse our finances there are limited tools to help get an insight into expenses (especially historic expense). I would also love to see more functionality from the marketplace as its very sparse at the moment. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
