Best account

I did a current account switch from Santander about two years ago. I’ve never looked back! The starling app is really easy to use and very intuitive. I’ve never had to get in touch with the customer service because I can do the majority of the things I need to do in the app and anything that I can’t figure out straight away just takes a little bit of common sense and some clicking around Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

The Best Bank I have banked with

I have been with this online bank for a few years now and I have to say its simplicity itself and the app works just fine from sending payments to adding a cheque that is so useful saves having to run around to post office its awesome and I dont normally leave reviews but felt I had to here as people are good at giving bad reviews but not good ones Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Just brilliant!!!

I was certainly apprehensive at first. I have never tried saving before anywhere! But I thought I'd give Starling a go & am so glad I did!. In the few short months I've managed to save enough for an intensive driving lesson course. I'm definitely switching to Starling to use as my main account & have my wages paid into it. Amazing bank!

Have been with Starling for just over a year since switching from another digital bank after a disappointing experience. The signup was easy, the Starling app is great to use and makes it really easy to manage our budgets and any questions we've had have been answered very quickly. Kudos for sustainability commitment

I like Starling because they are committed to being a sustainable bank and have an ethics statement available on their website. I think every bank should be like that but sadly most are not, so it's important to recognize Starling's efforts :) Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
