The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy, fast, reliable

Couldn't have been much easier

Filled in the required details on the Starling Bank app, uploaded evidence and a short video clip to prove who I am, and the rest of the process, including bringing across my direct debits/standing orders and closing my old account, was automatic. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

High Tech - Low Stress

My go to bank

I feel in absolute control. No money comes in or out of my bank account without me knowing instantly through my phone. In app messaging works a treat for when I've got a question - but I rarely do, it's all intuitive once you take the plunge.
