The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Quite simply 'The Best British Bank'

I'm so much happier with Starling as my banking partner, compared with dealing with one of the big High street banks for years. Its just so much simpler and they are always trying to make banking work for the customer as opposed to the other way around. App is so easy and makes banking simple with no hassle Customer service quick to reply and fast acting to get things sorted Beautiful looking card and app- very trendy Brilliant products to suit everyone Little additions such as categorised spending, connected card and self-controlled card and overdraft facilities which are perfect for managing your money at your own convenience without the paperwork and hassle Amazing how you can also pay money into post office branches- more accessible than normal bank branches Low charges and interest rates! Easy to use, fee-free functions

Starling has an intuitive app, offers fee-free ATM withdrawals, foreign or domestic, and cash deposits at the Post Office are free for reasonable limits too. On the rare occasion I have a cheque I can deposit via a photo on my phone. Easy app to use Reviewed on: 28th February 2022

My favourite banking provider
