The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Finances at a glance

So easy to use, I appreciate getting advance notice of upcoming direct debits, being advised when my card is used, being able to set aside funds for various bills, projects etc. And best of all, never having to stand in a bank queue again! Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Amazing modern online banking brilliant starling

I only discovered starling after researching new banks to get the latest security, as M&S bank closed. It was so easy to open account, transfer banking, superb security and even pay in cheques much better than any other bank I have used. Great eco credentials planting trees, British banking at its best. Completely happy even my uni student son uses. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
