The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy, Efficient, with great features & comms

Best bank ever.

Being an OAP and not having a computer of any description, I rely on my phone for everything, so the Starling App fulfills all my banking needs whether I'm in the UK or using my Euro account. Perfect. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Easy to use App and great customer service

I had a business account with Starling for nearly two years. When it came to the need to move my personal banking I had no doubts about choosing Starting again. Everything is easy to achieve, paying bills, paying in the occasional cheque, The app is first class and simple to use. The difference from my previous bank is astounding. Excellent service

Never though I could love a bank. But I do!!

Starling has completely revolutionised how I think and manage my finances. I finally feel I have control over my finances as I can see my income and expenditure at the touch of a button.
