The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Nice and easy

Reliable, Communicative, Continued Innovative Features Regularly Added, amazing customer service, allowing bills to be paid from spaces is a great new feature I absolutely love and is well overdue in the industry and the appdate email newsletter is a wonderful and welcome communication method with customers - I am always happy to see them and read through those emails which says a lot in a world where 99% of emails are just junk that’s quickly deleted.
