The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank account out there

I opened my account in March 2020 when I had a cheque to deposit but couldn't with my current bank because of the lockdown. Found Starling and was able to pay the cheque in by photographing the front and back if the cheque. That was the begining of my journey with Starling and it's been plain sailing ever since. An app that is simple to use and new very useful services being developed all the time. Fantastic customer services based in the UK and being able to speak to a real person makes this the best bank account I've ever had. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Astounding service

Starling bank is the BOMB

So simple to use the app, instant notifications on credits and debits/spending. The spaces are ideal to transfer money each pay day to cover things like car insurance, savings for a special item or occasion. The monthly overview shows trends to your spending so you can adjust your spend and save for things that are really important. I have and will continue to recommend Starling to family and friends.
