The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great system, so easy.

Have been here almost 1 year, had a few questions/problems to start with and someone is always on hand. Replies can take a while but its one to one. Account switching is so fast and accurate, amazing. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Honest Starling Review

The app is simple yet powerful and the spaces feature to manage different pots of money is a brilliant idea and allows me to separate my monthly bills money, car maintenance fund etc from my day to day spending but it is still all in the one place. Everything about Starling is done to the very highest standards and never to the detriment of the customer.
