The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

I'm still learning but to date my product is very user friendly & reliable

I like the security when buying products, sending a notification to my account. Need a few seconds patience to await it's arrival as previously gone searching for it but it arrives on home page & so simple to verify on arrival. Instant access to All information & as yet have yet to have the need to speak to the Bank directly. One slight gliche; my local village post office could not process a cheque as no envelope for this purpose. Simply had to go to a bigger Post Office Reviewed on: 13th February 2022

Amazing UI/UX, no gimmicks

The app is really simple to use, and there's no unnecessary features that are a waste of the bank's time, so that they can deliver features that matter more than gimmicks. I just with that there were personal USD accounts. Reviewed on: 13th February 2022
