A really good bank

I don't like going into bank branches, I find the environment too formal so setting up a starling account was perfect for me, I just installed the app, took a few photos and it was pretty much done, it was really easy. I'm enjoying using the debit card to buy things online without extra foreign currency fees and find the tap to pay feature very useful in shops. Overall I like the general ethos of Starling bank, they have new progressive ideas and they just feel different to other banks. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Happy, great for holidays abroad.

Happy, We only use Starling to spend when we travel abroad as no fees. Unfortunately when I tried to change to a joint account with my wife I was informed that we couldn't, with no explanation. So our daily current account remains and Starling account remains purely for our 2 or 3 trips every year. Reviewed on: 27th August 2024

Just clean simple Banking

Love Starling, no messing about just clean simple banking that has never let me down. Customer service always available if I ever need them (Which as been once in 5 years), insights are useful but not intrusive like other apps and there is no feature that I do not use to make the service feel bloated. Starling Bank - An AMAZING BANK

Speedy response from customer service via the App!! Very low overdraft interest rates; amazing foreign exchange rates!! Toggle between British account and Euro account in the app!! Control all connected cards or pots!! Very good security, INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS, when spending, receiving, sending etc!! An amazing online bank!! Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

Great for spending abroad and keeping track!

I opened a starling account to avoid taking huge amounts of cash on holiday as the current account allows me to use my debit card the same way I would if I were at home with no transaction charges and a good exchange rate. The app is great too as it instantly notifies you when payment is approved and presents all your spending history in a clear way Reviewed on: 25th July 2024

Starling was easy to switch over from my high street...

Starling was easy to switch over from my high street bank. The saving spaces and virtual cards are a great way to help manage my monies. I was nervous about no physical branch should any issues arise, however every interaction with customer services has been seamless and dealt with swiftly. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

A brilliant and amazing online bank

A high tech and professional bank, instant notifications, cheapest overdraft rate!! Amazing Euro exchange rates with very low fee!!! Very good and speedy customer service, many gadgetry via the App!!! Switching from British account into Euro account in an instance via the App, using same physical or virtual cards for both currencies!! Ive been with them for approx 6years, never had any issues!!!!
