Brilliant!

I initially opened a Starling Business account because the bank I’ve been with since I was 12 was making it too hard to open an account. Starling made it incredibly easy. The app is amazing, features are fantastic & I’m in love with spaces! I’ve now opened a personal account too and am considering moving everything across to it because starling make life so easy. I used to have multiple savings accounts but now I just have one account & use the spaces in Starling. At every turn Starling make things quick & easy - when I got married I sent them a copy of my marriage certificate & they changed my name no problem. I still haven’t changed my name on my other bank account as I have to physically go to the bank with about 6 different forms of evidence. Starling are revolutionising banking with the customer at the forefront of their decisions - well done Starling! Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

An innovative bank, brilliant ideas and features

So many things are fantastic! Being able to write notes on each transaction and add a photos of the receipt/invoice (and products bought if buying online). Notifications to let me know when a payment (direct debits, standing orders, regular and normal card payments that have been made, Being able to save money in as many saving spaces as I need without having to open a new savings account- they are combined and interest is earned on the whole balance of the savings spaces and the current account. The brilliant new feature where a direct debit or standing order can be made from a savings space.which makes saving money for bills etc so much more organised… the Kite account for children under 16 gives kids a bit of freedom and responsibility with their money whilst I can keep an eye on what they are spending. Just simply the best

Everything is so brilliant about this bank, card app. Other banks are just doing some of the stuff that starling has been doing for ages. One of those things is when you spend automated notification of your spend. The rounding up feature too is brilliant for savings. I used to “skim” my account in to a savings account manually now I don’t have to. These little things are brilliant and pioneering being used now by other main stream banks. Best banking experience ever

I needed an account to hold Euros. The way Starling enables you to set up a Euro account linked to a current account is so easy to set up and use. It almost took me 10 minutes to set up from start to finish. Absolutely amazing. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Fast, Functional and forward thinking

Whilst I maintain my high street bank I have found myself leaning more and more towards starling. The many features including saving and bills spaces, are innovative, the interaction is smooth and constantly adapting to the many needs of their users.
