The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy to manage and understand

Exactly what I'd been looking for

Starling is completely at home in my phone, they bring out app features I never even knew I needed (and it turns out I needed separate spaces for my direct debits and credit card bills), I love the app metrics, how I can divide up my spending and earnings easily. I keep forgetting I don't need my card for spending any more. Most of all, banking is easy. I have had current accounts at a few different banks and I've never got as far as content. I'm happy here. Starling is the best bank I've ever been with and I've already recommended it to every person under 40 I've met since joining. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Brilliant straight forward banking

Simple, straight forward and easy to use....

This current account / app is so straight forward and easy to use I sometimes wonder what the catch is. Whether at home or abroad it is my preferred method of payment as the "push notification" straight to your phone confirms you've paid, but more importantly, paid the right amount. Started off with one family member trying the app, now we all use it - fantastic. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Li(finance)fe Changing

Ever since opening my account with Starling back in the early days, the constant updates and supporting their ever growing customer base has been fantastic. I have never been very financially savvy and the ease of using their account facilities has been second to none. To give an example, budgeting my money had always been a weak spot for me, the recent update of being able to pay your bills from a space separating your bills money from your available money is a great product and so easy to set up. Fuss Free & Elegant

Starling was recommended by my daughter. I loved the idea of a bank founded by a woman with less of the murky shenanigans of the male dominated industry. I have loved it. It is so user friendly, when payments arrive in my account it informs me. I don't have to check. It has a beautiful clear lay out and great customer service. I wish I had found it sooner. The future of banking

Starling has transformed a disgustingly outdated industry and brought it right up to the present day in a single motion. Gone are the days of the typical banks as we know it which requires people to make phone calls to join lengthy queues, or to turn up at a branch in person to carry out something that should be easier to do online. The big-named banks have tried to introduce banking apps during the era of smart technology but they have been utterly appalling for usability and functionality. The Starling app is filled with powerful functions and tools all while being able to do just about anything in an instant. It is incredible- I only wish I had found it sooner.
