Fantastic and modern approach to banking!

Starling Bank has made my life so much easier, with everything I need on my phone I have found it so much easier to budget and stay on track of my money. My partner and I also have a joint account with Starling which has been equally as brilliant, we love that we get notifications when we spend and we can stay on top of our money and savings so easily. It's made us feel really connected with our money and each other. As this is the first joint bank account either of us has had, we are so glad we chose Starling and are really pleased with how it is helping our money work for us individually and in our relationship. 100% recommend!! The end of January and I am not flat broke!!

Primarily, I wanted an online account that would help me budget. I’ve been running spreadsheets on my bank accounts for decades and I’ve finally been able to stop! Starling does all the hard work for me, helping me manage my monthly bills and daily spending as well. For the first time since I can’t remember when, I’ve made it to the end of this notoriously long month with money in the bank. There are certainly ways to improve the app even further however and I like that I can feedback and make suggestions. Now I’m getting used to the capabilities of New Age app banking, I want to be able to do even more!! And finally, the help desk is excellent with bona fide humans, not bots! Please keep it that way!
