Empathetic

I have my card copied only internet and and starling have sent me a new card several times within in a few days. They also have a 24-hour helpline that is in this country so there is no problems with language whatsoever they are very empathetic. They look after my interests. And I have never had a single problem with banking with them. And the staff are exceedingly helpful on the telephone it's like having your own personal banker to sum it up in one short sentence it's like having a friend and as a banker for you. No nonsense banking.

Internet banking can be not very secure. Starling has made this method secure, worry free and so easy to use. I can not find a single problem and can not work out why I did not join this bank earlier. First class service. First class product Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

So convenient

I've already recommended Starling to others. I love the convenience of all my details at my fingertips. The saving spaces are great - they help me keep tabs on my savings for particular things and I love that you can personalise them with photos as a double check that I'm adding to the right space.
