The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank I have used

Accessible, streamlined and easy to use

The Starling app is absolutely brilliant. Easy to use with all the information you need and a modern feel you don't get with many other banking apps. Best bank to embrace the 21st century

I was with a “traditional” bank before. With branches and the normal works. Me being young I like everything being in one place Ie on my phone. Easiest way to apply for an account, everything in one places. You feel so in control of your account, control your spending by seeing up to date notifications and seeing how much you’ve spent in that month. Overall I love how everything is in one place and that’s my pocket! No people to see not travelling needed to speak to someone as well. Reviewed on: 18th April 2021

Refreshingly Different

We moved all our banking to Starling due to the already poor service in highstreet banks falling off a cliff in lockdown. We have been so impressed with Starling, not only because they deliver on their promises, but also because they have broken every single standard of highstreet bank to offer a user friendly product that is intuative, modern and very unique.
