The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy peasy!

Banking made easy

Starling is what banking should be! Customer service is super helpful and very reactive, the app makes it very easy to organise and track your money. Oh and everything is instant: no more deposit accounted for the next day and withdrawal accounted for the day before, or this sort of shenanigans. 21st-century banking at its best! Easiest,simplest and best.

Better than other online accounts

I love the clarity of this account and being updated of every transaction. Fraud on my account was dealt with quickly and I love the flexibility of travel options with you're card. Its great to be in control of all aspects of my account but customer support is first class in response and actions. Much better that you're average account for sure Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

No fuss it just works for me

The whole banking concept has been given a radical shake up and the consequence is a bank that for me far exceeds what was being done by the old-school high street banks and their online presence. The payment process is streamlined. I do a lot of transactions in eur which also have had no problem using. I like the apparently simple interface and the ability to summerize monthly categories of payment. The notification of transactions is great and reassuring that it has been processed, rather than waiting days and then having a complex login process to check an account which is what we had to do in the past. I do not normally recommend to others lest I am wrong. But I would recommend Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Everything is instant, even abroad

It’s great that I see every transaction instantly and also the fact there are no fees for withdrawal or spending abroad. All other banks need to catch up! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
