The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

New face of banking

Opened my account to be able to use the feature of withdrawing cash when abroad without a fee. However, found all the features, saving spaces, the ability to move between my current and business account in the same app and market place so helpful I would not go back. Also recently moved house and could change my address in app so much better that my traditional bank!! Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

So Easy

Simple, effective online banking

Starling are great. Initially, we opted for their amazing spending abroad rates, even when withdrawing cash. The app is so easy to use, and has some great little features, such as 'spaces'. It also shows you instantly hen you spend. Customer service is highly accessible even though it's mainly a chat function. Most of my banking is now via this. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
