The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great service

Had to contact customer service to find a payment made into my account by my employer which they said it was paid into my account. you confirmed that no payment was made even though my employer insisted that they had. I told them you had searched and not find any payment . They came back we found it!! Weeks later l was paid into my account. Thanks Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Cutting edge banking

Starling Bank offers to the minute spending info and has great saving options within the app. It's user friendly and intuitive. Not looked back since I opened my account. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Easy to set up and use

Starling is excellent, it was so quick and easy to open an account. It is simple to do all banking tasks on the app, I find it really helpful that I can pay in cheques, transfer money easily and put some aside while it remains in the same account. So much better than having to queue in a high street bank and make appointments to speak to someone if you need to make any changes! Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

What's not to like

Smart and agile

I have recently joined Starling bank and I think they have really taken the time and effort to understand how people want to bank. The transfer was quick and easy and fits well into modern life. They offer great support through the app. I really like the timely proactivity and ease of connection with my account. For example, having alerts on my spending and the resulting balance of funds, which allow me to have a much better awareness of what is happening with my money. This also allows me to decide if I have the funds to make that spur of the moment purchase! Very clever and a bit of a breath of fresh air. My personal bank
