The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

All round fantastic bank !

I have been with starling for nearly 18 months and am so pleased I made the switch. Everything is so easy to use and the times I have needed to ring them I have spoken to someone and had my matter sorted quickly and efficiently, they even confirm when they have actioned my requests or solved a issue by messaging me direct. Just fantastic!

The process of open account is very thorough but accessible. While other banks required one to make physical visits even during heights of lockdown, Starling Bank had a well thought out and safe online platform to help clients. Perfect so far!

Starling bank was recommended to me buy a friend. So far I think it’s been the best thing to happen to my finances, well... ever! The app is so easy and intuitive to use... it just works!! Clear, Simple, full-control banking

There are so many features I like about my Starling account, I love that the app is clear and simple to use, whilst still being full of features that allow me to control my money how I want. I love that there are easy safety features that I can use to control my card, and I love that I can now have a card linked to my spaces, which makes it even easier and more controllable.
