The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

All's great so far.

Took a little longer (approx 2weeks) than expected to setup my account. One reason though was address discrepancies. Yet to use the deposit services. However, it's been an all smooth experience ever since. Love it. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Great product, perfect service

Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I haven't been able to use my card at pay at the pump since I had to renew it. Otherwise the App is great, whenever I've had to transfer larger sums of money, the customer service has been super fast and simple. I also have a business account and love the spaces feature so I can keep track of different savings and payments. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
