The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Modern banking

I love how easy it is to us the Starling app and for those of us that are still living in the past (talking to you, mum!) I have the ability to scan cheques in to my account. Always thought banking was boring in the past but it's a pleasure with Starling! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

simple, efficient no nonsense banking

Easy to sign up, great current account with easy to use app. Good customer service and they just keep adding better facilities eg friends and family card. Bonus of euro account too. Would not hesitate to recommend. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

SO SIMPLE

Available 24/7, paying in so simple, very helpful, problems are very very rare, fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable professional staff, in fact everything you need from a bank that you can’t find on the high street, and you don’t need to pay for parking or stand in a queue, thank you starling for unrivalled banking system.
