The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Intuitive, seamless and a traditional bank destroyer

Starling really have revolutionised banking. I believe they have a provided the cleanest, easiest and most intuitive challenged bank offering. Customer service is outstanding. Account management and saving pots are seamless and their new desktop app is a welcome addition. The way banking should be

I moved from one of the traditional high-street banks and I can honestly say I haven’t looked back. Both the experience and support from Starling has been brilliant, plus the app works flawlessly. For those concerned about being able to still deposit cash you also have the Post Office network available. Really glad I made the move! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
