The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank

Easy banking

Really easy to use app, and easy access to the customer service team through it if needed you can get an answer straight away, you get instant texts when something happens with your account like money in or out so you are aware straight away what is going on which is a great protection feature too Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

So easy

I used to use my HSBC current account but since opening up a Starling account I haven’t looked back. Its just so easy to do everything. The other day I even paid in a cheque by taking a picture with phone camera!?! Just brilliant! Instant notifications, real time bank balances. I’m never going back to a standard high street bank.
