So easy to use

I signed up for a Starling Current Account last February and have been using it throughout lockdown for everyday spending. I've since started my own small online business, and Starling was my first choice of business account. I'm incredibly happy with how easy the app is to use, how quickly payments land in my account (compared to traditional, high street banks) and I also love the fact that I can get a small amount of interest on my personal current account too. Fantastic bank

Customer since Nov 2018 and fully moved all my banking including direct debits, etc. over to them a couple of months later. Never had any problems with them or the banking app, smooth and straight forward from account opening to switching everything across. Intuitive and glitch-free app since the start but with a lot of smaller updates based on what customers seem to have suggested. Brilliant and amazing customer service as I had a couple of issues in the past, neither of them caused by by Starling bank but they were actually helping another bank involved (Sender’s bank) so that eventually I received an international payment I was expecting. An excellent intro to fintech banking, without compromise

From the speed of setting up the account online, to receiving the bank card, which in itself is a pleasurable experience (the packaging makes it feel luxurious, that you're now part of a special club)....I love the saving spaces, the speed of transactions, the alerts and the analysis of spending and post office pay ins. The App UI is slick and the banking ethos is admirable. Although I bank with a high Street bank in addition, I'm tempted to move more of my day to day to Starling and will be further taking a kids card out with them. Reviewed on: 27th March 2021

Real challenger for high street bank
