Modern banking that just works...

I switched to Starling after reading a piece about their unusual card design, partly because I felt all banks were the same and partly because there was something unusual about Starling. Fact — All banks are NOT the same. The Customer Service exhibited by Starling and their innovative features of Spaces, Round Up, 100% reliable banking app and upcoming payment notifications are the benchmarks to which other banks should be held. The COVID-19 connected spaces feature is amazing, and a real life saver to those in need. The kids account for U16s which is attached to a space is brilliant. Yes it costs but far better that and teaching good financial habits than the bad ones I’ve had to unlearn. Will I change banks ..... NEVER. Not for £125, or £12500 as a switching incentive!! Simplicity in an over complicated world

If Carlsberg did bank accounts!

Not been with Starling for long but so far, they are light years better than my previous Lloyd's bank account, really love the spaces for saving up for that special something or other, the only thing I need to make it perfect is to get a Huawei pay app.... Makes banking fun and relevant

Starling has created a phone app that makes banking easy and the team have made it fun and enjoyable at the same time. I especially value the function to photograph a cheque to bank it - so I don't need to visit an actual bank anymore whenever I receive a cheque payment. Genius. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Would be hard to be better.

It does it all, it's super intuative to use, and I've never been so in control of my banking. I do miss the quality interest rate but that's an issue much larger than just this bank! Honestly can't recommend it enough!! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
