Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

A very helpful bank

I moved to Starling after a year of problems with a traditional bank. I feel I am now in control of my spending, you can pay in a cheque by taking a photo (brilliant when shielding) the advantage of the way you save with Starling means I get interest, which didn't happen with the traditional bank. Smooth switching service

I used the switch service to transfer my account fully over from NatWest. The process was very clear and to me, automatic. The extra features that made me move to Starling were; cashing in cheques with my phone camera, adding notes and identifiers to my transactions, settle up feature to receive ad-hoc payments digitally and a proper euro account. All of which are above and beyond my previous bank. Customer service at Starling is superb. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Easy & Intuitive

Super easy bank to deal with. The app and online service are both super intuitive. I have never felt in the dark with them. They are open and genuine. Something I have never had with any previous high street banks. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

If only Starling's 0.50% was on balances up to £20,000....

I would happily move my S-------r current account to Starling if their existing 0.50% interest was paid on my existing balance of £28,000.00 but for occasional daily spending I could not ask for better! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Digital bank that's lightyears ahead of legacy banks

Starling is so easy to use. The setup process was a breeze - really liked the video ID. Use Starling for spending money and saving which it works perfectly for. Getitng hold of customer support is also easy if you need to via web chat or in-app chat. Thanks and wish everyone else could do the same. One feature I'd like to see though is to take direct debits from specific spaces like Monzo does with pots. Thanks! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
