The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great bank meets needs

Fast,Efficient,Great App

Just fantastic

Simply the Best

Using my account abroad

When Nationwide began charging for withdrawing cash abroad I took a chance and moved to Starling on their promise of free foreign withdrawals, I have had no problems even though I am out of UK more than in it, savlng me a considerable sum. Thank you. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Excellent customer service and a great app!

I opened a Starling current account but didn't use it for about a year and 1 month. I'd forgotten the password so I called up customer service and a woman picked up quickly. She helped me to change my password and navigate the app. The app itself I really like! I really like the pie charts and the percentage breakdowns of my spending.
