The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

How banking should be like

Excellent bank in all aspects - well developed app, simple and convenient for frequent travellers like myself (last year aside), listen to customers by for example developing a web based version too, and very good customer service. Then there are the added bonuses like 'spaces', being able to write personal notes with each transaction, and separating transaction into various categories, all which makes budgeting so much easier. Great Concept
