The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Over the moon with

I've had a personal account for about a year or just over and I use it mainly to transfer to then use the card to pay for or buy over the counter and I've found its the simplest easiest most userfreindly account and card I've ever used infact I'm thinking of making it my main account Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Customers Bank!!

Starling does everything an account holder wants. It helps those who aren't that good with money to save in an easy way. It helps those who go abroad to spend in local currency with no extra fees and tell you straight away how much you spent. It helps those with problems eg. Compulsive gamblers by being able to block card and no quick ot easy way to unblock giving the person time to take a break. Starling is the most customer savvy bank! The Bank you wish you always had.

Never has banking been so easy. Everything is in my hand, no waiting in line and wasting my time. Control of every penny provided by a very functional, easy to use App. Customer service 24 / 7 and things get sorted there and then when you need them.
