Outstanding flexible banking thats changed my financial future for the better

I’m totally confident in Startling Bank. This bank is awesome and I cannot recommend it enough! Starling has helped me manage my finances and take control of my financial future. By creating several little saving pots I’ve been able to put away for the things I need or want. It’s given me the tools I need to no longer have financial anxiety or pressure. Starling has had a positive effect on my mental health as I know exactly what I can and cannot afford to do each month, I have the ability to analyse where I spend too much and identify ways to further reduce unnecessary spending so I can redirect those funds to things I really want in life. With the savings I’ve been able to make using the app I’ve been able to travel abroad (pre COVID-19) so with the fee free travel element of the card on ATM withdrawals and card purchases in shops I’ve saved a fortune over using my traditional bank and with the instant notifications I know exactly how much I’ve spent and what the expected exchange rate will be. The security features allow me to block the card if I misplace it and the notifications give me confidence I’m not be defrauded. The customer service in the rare occasion I’ve needed it has been slick, quick and super friendly. The app makes traditional banking look likes they’re stuck in the dark ages. My only wish you did mortgages, credit cards and packaged current accounts so I could ditch my high street bank completely. This bank truly understands its customers, listens, innovates and trail blazes the way forward. I never thought I would be passionate about supporting a brand as much as Starling. Easy to switch, rewarding & hassle free

Switching to Starling is hassle free they sort moving your direct debits for you and have your new card dispatched asap. Their in app features allow you to see your spending in categories and help you keep track of your expenditure in an instant, they remind you the day before scheduled payments are supposed to come out so you know if you’ve enough money to cover them! They have the revolutionary spaces section that helps you save money without having to set up a separate account and you can use their round-up feature that rounds up purchases so you don’t have to manually set aside your money, it is just as easy to move these savings back into your current account. Starling also offer a 0.05% interest rate each month towards deposits you make to your account, one of the best incentives to switch as most banks don’t offer this at all or have such a rate! Best bank out there

Easy to use and modern

A refreshing, modern, simple, effective bank for everyone

Starling Bank offers what no other bank offers. Simple, personal, effective banking for everyday needs. Easy to manage my money, easy to see where I have spent, and easy to see when a payment is made to me. The app runs smoothly and feels it was designed recently. In comparison to other banks with their clunky, slow, layered mobile banking experience - Starling is a breath of fresh air. However, my reason for the 5 star review is that Starling (unlike it's digital rivals) also offers a call centre for assistance. Therefore, if you need urgent help you can always call. This sets Starling out from their competitors. You would be a fool not to bank with them. A great digital customer experience backed up by a trusted phone line for urgent support.
