Best bank out there

I love the fact I can see exactly what’s coming in and what’s going out. With a few days notice so I can keep my finances in order. I can not recommend this bank enough top marks from me. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Easy to use and modern

A great service that is easy to use. App is effective. Starling are also not automatically charging the obscene interest rates for things such as overdrafts like many of the top banks are doing. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

A refreshing, modern, simple, effective bank for everyone

Starling Bank offers what no other bank offers. Simple, personal, effective banking for everyday needs. Easy to manage my money, easy to see where I have spent, and easy to see when a payment is made to me. The app runs smoothly and feels it was designed recently. In comparison to other banks with their clunky, slow, layered mobile banking experience - Starling is a breath of fresh air. However, my reason for the 5 star review is that Starling (unlike it's digital rivals) also offers a call centre for assistance. Therefore, if you need urgent help you can always call. This sets Starling out from their competitors. You would be a fool not to bank with them. A great digital customer experience backed up by a trusted phone line for urgent support. I recommend Starling to everyone and I have no hesitation in banking with them for years to come. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Amazing experiences with Starling Bank

Starling have been first class since the moment I used the current account switch guarantee. The app is very user-friendly, has high performance and you can see it is unique to other traditional banking apps. As a UX enthusiast myself, I couldn't think of anyway that it could be improved for my own personal experience. The times when I have needed to speak on live chat (which is not very often) I have received excellent customer service and my enquiry has always been resolved at first point of contact.
