Personal and Joint Account

Opened a joint account with my partner when we began renting together this year... was so straightforward I couldn't believe it! The app is so much more intuitive and user-friendly compared to other banking apps I've used, and there are so many more useful features too. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

A great no hassle bank

They still pay some interest. The app is slick and easy to use. The Spaces functionality is brilliant. They have a very fair overdraft function. It’s easy to set up new payees. They have what must be market beating foreign exchange rates so I can send a few quid to my nephews overseas. I really, really rate this bank on everything they do. Well done Starling! love the immediate response

As soon as i make a transaction it sends me a message to say I have paid or received. It is instant. I like the way the mobile pap works and the way it looks. It divides purchases into types but if I don't agree I can change it. It is fab. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Banking in the digital age

Brilliant banking experience. The ability to do everything online is incredibly convenient (especially in a national lockdown), and spending information appears as soon as I make a payment anywhere. I feel confident that my money is safe, as I'll know immediately if anyone starts using my card. Moreover, the ability to lock and unlock the card from the app is yet another layer of security. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!

Starling has exceeded my expectations in every respect. The app is easy to use and clear in its contenet. The telephone Support Services are extremely helpful, polite and prompt with their answers. The Chat facility, although obviously very much used and therefore queued, is equally as good as the telephone service. All in all, a superb service. Please keep ot up!
