The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Love it

I used to have 2 current accounts and had to move money between them to pay bills and work out how much I had left to spend. Not so with Starling, the use of spaces has made my life much easier. Wonderful, customer friendly bank

I opened a Starling account at a friend's recommendation a few months back and I have loved every bit of the experience. It has been easy to set up, navigate and resolve any queries and issues. But what I have appreciated more is that Starling have made me feel like a valued customer, without cramming offers, loans and other unnecessary products down my throat.
