Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Great from overseas!

Covid left me overseas much of last year— I could not be happier with Starling’s handling of overseas transactions. I love the addition of the desktop version of the app as well. Overall design and ease of use are perfect! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Simple and Effective App. Excellent and efficient service

We love out Starling Accounts - something I'd never though I'd say about bank accounts! The app is easy to use and I had my first experience of customer service after over a year, due to my error. So quick to engage, get a response and a resolution. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Straightforward banking for these crazy times

I was initially concerned of moving to a bank with no presence on the high-street, but there was no need for me to worry. The app is excellent, providing me with pretty much all the banking facility I need. On the rare occasion that the app doesn't fulfill my needs, the call centre is easy to access and deals with my enquiry quickly and effectively. I love Starling

Starling have made it easy for me to manage my money doing it all from my phone. Their customer service is excellent and any queries are dealt with quickly. I especially like the savings spaces and roundups. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

When the chips were down

My old bank Monese, without warning closed my account and nearly 3 months on still haven't transferred my funds into my new Starling account. When the chips were down, starling were there with their easy uncomplicated new customer application. A simple to navigate application. So easy to set up, to contact them and work with their app. So simple and secure to use and you can now see the major banks following behind.
