Brilliant service

I would never go back to a traditional bank now

I love the whole Starling experience - the app is clean and easy to use, Savings Spaces encourage savings habits and customer support have always answered any query in a timely manner. It was a leap of faith to move to a 'non bricks and mortar' bank, but now I have, I won't be going back - the fact the CEO is a women, in the male dominated banking world, is just the icing on the cake. Total control of my Starling account at all times

Great both abroad and at home. Complete control of my card and money through the excellent app. Notifications of spending are instant, even when I was in Alaska. I love that there any not any additional charges when using my card abroad and the rate is also very competitive. The app is excellent are breaking down your spending patterns and allowing you to save for items or allocate funds through the Spaces feature. Excellent secuirity, which is easy to access and control from the app. Would recommend this bank to anyone. Reviewed on: 17th March 2024
