The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Love Starling, feels like how banks SHOULD be

Starling is like a breath of fresh air. If you took what services banks should offer, then scrapped the current way of thinking about them and started with a blank piece of paper, Starling is how you'd want them to end up. Absolutely love them - have a personal account, joint account with my wife, my 18 year old son has one and my daughter will when she turns 16 in June. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

So easy to use

Switching to Starling bank has changed how I manage my money. Their customer service is second to none and setting up was so easy, I was so impressed I went on to switch my business account to Starling too. Leaves other banks with their clunky systems in the dust. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Best bank ever.

I've never actually felt very strongly about a bank before! But since I joined Starling a few years ago I've been so pleased. I've had to get in touch with them a couple of times regarding fraudy stuff and they've been brilliant. The customer service is second to none. They even tried to help me when it was a PayPal issue and nothing to do with them! Also love the app. So easy to use. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

This is the best UK bank

Since I moved to the UK in 2018 I was looking for a bank that was modern, had a fully-functional app where I could do anything on my mobile and that would be fast and reliable. Easy no-hassle Banking with excellent Euro account

I opened a Starling account primarily for the Euro account facility which has proved to be brilliant. On the basis of using this account, my wife has opened her own current account and we have also opened joint accounts. I would definitely recommend the Euro account for anyone who needs to make transactions in Euros or even just for going on holiday to have funds available to avoid being at the mercy of the exchange rates. The Euro account allows you to put money into the account when the exchange rate is most favourable. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
