The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Starling have become just another bank.

It appears that Starling are taking the opportunity to hike overdraft rates for some customers, apparently because they can under the guise of upcoming banking regulation changes. Being a loyal customer makes no difference, turning Starling into just another bank. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Just Joined

Great bank. Easy and a joy to use

Informative, Easy and Instant Access to Funds

Since joining the Starling family I have been very impressed with their service. The ease of using the app, sending money, saving money. It's what I needed to have instant access to funds and easy to sort money in the most simplest of ways. We have also opened a joint account from a different bank due to the 24/7 helpdesk and ease of using the system. Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
