So easy and convenient to use

A little birdy told me...

This is without a doubt the easiest ad most communicative bank I've been a customer of. Every transaction is texted, a reminder to those of us who go mad on the contactless! Very transparent..all @ your fingertips. Customer derives are prompt to reply and very helpful. Going abroad is a breeze. No charges other than the ATM provider and up to date, good exchange rates, so no need to carry lots of dosh with you or queue to exchange before you go or when you get there. Breath of fresh air

Constant innovation.
