Starling is an excellent bank and the app is very user friendly. Best banking experience l have ever had. The only thing l don't like is Starlings woke TV ads. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Why can't all banks be this good?

Starting just make everything so simple. From initial application to transferring my existing acccounts, it all worked perfectly. I love the app and the real-time notifications of my spending. Also love the reminders when big bills are dues to go out Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Got an account with Starling bank for use abroad in the eu. The currency conversion from pounds to euros is very competitive and gives you some of the best value especially in comparison to other similar offerings. Easy setup, excellent customer support.

It was really easy to setup an account with Starling. The mobile app UX is also much better compared to HSBC for example. It provides an in app customer support which worked really well for me. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Complained about an overseas transfer.

Complained about an overseas transfer which after contacting them online had to resolve myself .Complaint was acknowledged and listened to but ,no explanation was given that explained to why the the transfer which I made before with all the same details several times before did not work.Left me with a bad experience and with out any apology or offer of compensation Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
