I trust them

I’ve felt let down by Natwest Barclays hsbc etc. everything they say they will do they do. I know when my money is coming and going. All the information is there I have only ever had one question for them and the answer was ridiculously simple via their bank. I immediately messaged my closest friends raving about the quality of starting bank and not just the current account the business one is exactly the same. Very easy to use

Easy, flexible and cool - Bank on it!

It's just so simple and helps you track every penny. It even encourages saving by looking after the pennies which miraculously turn into pounds. Have had the same back for over two decades but have now had my head turned, as has my pay packet Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Recently opened an account, very happy.

I wanted to open a joint account with my partner but found that with him being Australian, the high street banks wanted you to jump through hoops to open an account and had to wait for an appointment. But with starling, we managed to open both our personal accounts and a joint account within 24hrs. We weren’t pressured into switching from our current banks either, which was nice but we will make the full switch in our own time. The app is fantastic, far more advanced than any high street bank app. I love it and it’s so easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Starling current account

Starling are so much better than traditional banks. Their app is easy to use, there are no charges. You can stop you card when not using it and payment transfers to other banks and bill payments are easy. You get real time notifications of you spending which is good for preventing misuse/ fraud. Any problems I have had have been answered and solved quickly in a polite and efficient manner. I am so pleased I joined Starling. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
